Perhaps this store is going out of business or maybe the owner doesn't care to do business. We made this a "desination" trip (from Puyallup) and arrived during posted business hours. The store was locked up and the aquariums looked like they were in various states of being broken down. When we knocked on the door, a young woman, who spoke very little or no English, pointed to the lock on the door and looked at us like we were crazy!
Needless to say, CALL first before making a trip out of your way to this store.
