I always say I am not going to look at the fish when I go into a big box store, but often I can't help myself. It is depressing. One can usually find some dead fish here and there. The fish are in tanks that are too small and over crowded, and many looked stressed.
The staff is typical for a big box. Low pay and bad hours make for help that is less than expert in fish care.
