 The worst PETSMART ever encountered the manager Tom is very rude not only to customers but to employees there. The fish were countless floating around. I tried to get some blood worms they were out. They house too many fish in those small tanks. Given the 10 years we have been raising fish I would have to say this is the worse of the worse. I have stopped in here a few times in the last couple of months. The fish are kept in the usual petsmart fashion compartmentalized units. Many of the compartments seem too small for the fish types they house. Many of the fish appeared to be very stressed. Many were clamped up. The angelfish actually had their ventral fins pulled tight against their bodies. Help is limited. Although, when someone is around, they are happy to help. This is the kind of place that might sell you an oscar for your 10 gallon tank, so don't count on staff knowlege to guide your selections. Do some research on compatability and tank requirements and plan on a quarantine period for any new fish purchased here. |
