Ive been shopping at Glen for a long time now, since I first started in this hobby. I find his staff and his stock, is excellent they are very knowledgeable and there stock always look healthy. | ok, i must admit, i am fond of the human being known as glen, owner of this establishment and i am prejudice in the matter. that said, i luv this place, not for the good, strike that, actually BEST prices around! nor for the proximity to my domicile. nor for the cool cats glen has working, smart and knowlegable too, nor for the nostalgic feel of the all in one, have everything, old school pet shop. but just because glen is the nicest business man anyone would have the privelage of meeting. he will cut a kid a deal on a starter set or a gecko, let me come back a day or 3! later to square up on the brine or fish purchase, and still extend my credit next time i show up in shorts and no wallet. then tear everything outta his 55 gallon display package just to sell me the tank at an emergency discount when my discus tank goes crack, drip, pour! that is customer satisfaction that translates to loyalty on me, the purchaser's part.
