They have great products although a lot of things are overpriced. The staff that assist customers in the fish area are very helpful. However, I've been treated rudely at the cash register in my past two visits. In my last visit the computer crushed when my credit card was being processed. I asked for a receipt, but the store manager (Crystal Wilson) told me it could not be printed. I then asked for a written receipt just so that I could keep an record of my purchase. She rolled her eyes, raised her voice and said "what do you want on it? It's only 6 dollars!" They made me feel that I wasn't worth their time if I was only buying items that costs a few dollars.

Very nice looking store, but the prices make it crazy to buy from. They do have a 50% off sale sometimes, which brings the prices down to normal levels. But when the sale is not going on I do not buy from here.

things are pricey here, but you get what you pay for. really nice tanks with really nice fish, very knowledgeable staff. had everything you need in one store, i joined there fish club and will be back

Many of the items are overpriced, but I have seen some great deals there too. The selection is better than anywhere else in Columbus that I have seen.

The staff is great and they have any accessory that you could want in your tank.

If you are in the Columbus area, stop in and check them out. If you don't find what you are looking for, they can most likely special order what you need.

Fish are overpriced as well as the supplies. Very knowledgable staff . tHE 2 DAY RETURN POLICY ON THE FISH IS AN INDUSTRY LOW . Ask for Wes when you go there he seems to be one of the best there.

This store is HIGHLY overpriced when it comes to marine fish and corals. It's a great source of knowledge, though. Just be sure that you know what to look for when it comes to an employee telling you something "fishy" last I checked, they were on a commission...
As for fish health everything looks quite healthy, however, Ive seen them sell ich-covered clowns before...

I really like this place! I was happy to learn that some of the staff are marine biologists and they do know their stuff. One of the things I don't like is the floors are sometimes really wet and it makes the place look a little less pristine which it really is. As noted before it is fairly pricey. I bought some plants and somehow a $25 plant got mixed in. That is a little steep.

GREAT store. The staff is VERY helpful and knows a lot. Slightly over priced. All fish seemed to be in good condition and no floaters (dead). Lots of plants. If you are not super worried about saving a buck, this is the place.
