 Recently visited store and would say the freshwater selection is quite extension. My primary interest is marine and it's not really the stores focus. Mostly leathers, plenty inverts, a few tanks with fish and small frags. Only one tank had halides with the rest lower level lighting. For what they did have, pricing was excellent.  I have been going here for a while because it is the only big fish specialty store within an hour of where I live. Overall a great store. Knowledgeable staff and a huge selection (at least it seems like it, the place is pretty large). Never had a fish die right away that I bought from there. As with any fish store, do your homework first on what you are buying and how to keep them healthy! Your research will probably be better than talking to people working at a store. Mostly tropicals. Best plant selection I've ever seen. Nice fish. Large goldfish/Koi section for any size tank or pond. Salt water corals, zoos, polyps, & clams are VERY nice. Limited salt water fish selection. Very knowledgeable staff. Mid range on prices. Shelley 18:43:10 1/09/2009 |
