I've only been a there a couple of times, but there were a number of things that made me cringe.
1.) Puppies and kittens from puppy/kitty farms.
2.) Small animals in cages/tanks that there too small.
3.) A pregnant rat was left in her cage on the sale floor to give birth in the high stress atmosphere. Not to mention the tank was obviously not checked on after birthing as there were two still births left in the tank.
4.) Parrots were housed in cages that were much too small for them and left in an area that had a substantial draft.
