The owner is pretty much the extent of the staff. He's pretty knowlegable. Unfortunately being out in the country, he doesn't have a lot of stock to choose from, but still manages to squeeze in a number of more varieties than my local Petsmart (westminster). He has a decent sized selection of marine fish/inverts as well.
The displays are very organized and there's plenty of space on the floor to browse.
His tanks are always clean in in the dozen or so times I've been there I've looked at every tank and never seen a single dead fish. Pretty remarkable.
He also has a fair reimbursement policy for dead fish. It's not as lenient as petsmart/co but it makes sense if you're a knowlegable aquarist.
You won't find any freshwater shrimp or rare marine fish here so save youreslf the gas if thats what you're looking for.
