I was extremely dissapointed at my trip to this store. It is in no way a fish store, it is merely a pet store. The saltwater tanks all lokked unhealthy and had a very poor variety. I was shocked at the price of very poor specimens. I will not return to this store, and suggest that no other saltwater customer does either.

I've been going to this store for the entirety of my fish keeping career, and recently have tried to branch out but no other store can compete in my opinion. Other posts say the staff can be rude, and that may be with some of the younger workers. The older employees though are dedicated and their only concern is quality fish, for instance on several occasions they've suggested stores where I might find more suitable or better looking fish. They're always getting in new and interesting species, and since they get a lot of their stock from Tropic Isle the quality is amazing. They will absolutely not sell a sick fish; they will immediately quarantine an entire tank if any sign of illness appears, and sometimes it can be weeks until they are willing to put the fish up for sale. They've also very recently expanded their selection of freshwater plants, and I've been extremely happy with the quality thus far. They're the only store I trust with the responsibility of supplying my fish!

Very expensive, and some of the staff are AWFUL. I went in and asked for a snail that I could put in with some koi-- that could handle cold temps. The salesperson said "oh no problem, here's one."

The snail died instantly; I later looked it up and it was tropical.

Gee thanks Fish Nook!!

The fish are usually very healthy. Decent selection, but not nearly as large as a store like Tropic Isle. One problem I have with this store is the staff; I have had issues with them in the past.
