While at the store, one of the types of fish that I wanted was Julidochromis transcriptus. They put the fish in bags with black sides (i.e., you couldn't see the fish). When I got home, I was shocked to find that I had two Julidochromis marliei and three Julidochromis ornatus... no transcriptus. Plus they charged me for an extra Neolamprologus daffodil that I didn't get... I only wanted 5 and got charged for 6! When I called the next day to complain... they, at first, would not credit my Visa.
Quite dishonest and anti-customer oriented...
