they were and are very helpful and new what i was talking about, when I discussing fish, equipment and problems. They informed me which fish were local and which were mainland. i felt very comfortable with there knowlegde. the only major problem is there freshwater fish is up stairs and not handi-cap friendly although if you know what type of fish and or tell them what you are looking for they can pick the fish for your approval. you just have to ask at the right time.
