we bought 9 fish from this store when I got them home I checked there water before adding them to my tank and it was messed up I tried for 1.5 hours to acclimatize them before putting them into my tanks to lesson the shock, but to no avail, all died. I told my wife to take them back to the store she had the reciept with her and the dead fish, they treated her like crap spoke rudely to her and did not refund our money. I went back on my day off and talked to them I told them to keep there damned money but someone had better apologize to my wife this has been over a month now and nothing from these sorry fish mongers.
