I wouldn't call it arrogant- I would call it confidence and experience. If you have a hang on the back filter or a cannister, I would call it junk too. They only sell the best there and unless you buy the best, everything else you use can basically be referred to as junk. I think the store is great and they do an amazing job in keeping it clean. To have a good store, you have to have a good owner and that is what the owner is. He tells it how it is and won't give you any BS. Keep up the good work Chris 18:51:24 11/04/2007 |
I agree with Lee. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The place is clean. They provide great service in the store and they also do maintenance for us. They arrive on time and we have never had a problem. We all have bad days and retail can't be easy. Give them a try and you will be pleased! And when they have a sale, it's a sale!!  This place is a joke! 5 or 6 dead fish in the display tanks. The owner basically told me most of the equipment on my system was junk. This guy is so arrogant it pains me to believe anyone would spend money here. Never again Dennis 19:37:12 10/18/2007 |
