I can trust them. Every one is freindly, fish are great, and wide variety of choices. Exspensive but worth it! I only buy fish from them.

I have used them for a year now and have never had a bad experience. As mentioned above they quarantine all new arrivals. If they have a sick fish they turn the lights off in that tank and refuse to sell any other fish from that tank. The sales people are quite knowledgeable (as would be expected they have different areas of higher knowledge) and have always been very friendly.  Great merchandise, but has lousy hours and rude help. Never seen a dozen customers chased out of a store before because some clerk's yelling kid wants to go home. I travel in from the mountains to do my shopping so I have to get my fish last thing before I head home. I don't have the options of local folk so I don't care if this store has great healthy fish.  Very nice LOOKING store if you're only into appearances, but hours are poor and the help is rude at the end of the day (which is tough on those of us who come in from the mountains to do our fish shopping just before we head home.) Never been ushered out of a store by clerks before because their yelling kid wants to go home. Will NEVER go back. Go down the road to Quality Aqua where the owners stay open as long as you need them to, and they have just as healthy a selection, and a better selection of some things. | These guys are a rare gem. Most tanks have the date of acquisition on them, so you know how long they've had the fish. They quarantine most of their stock before display, and if a sick fish is identified, rather than just yank it out and continue selling from the tank, the tank lights are shut down, and the tank quarantined and if necessary medicated before the fish are available again. Their fish and plant selection is admirable as well. Pricey, maybe, but worth it, I think. |
| Very clean store, lots of selection, on corals, tropical fish and saltwater fish, including some exotic fish. Nice selection of freshwater shrimp, you don't seem them around many other places very often. They are a little pricey however, due to the location of the store. They have a very knowledgeable staff.
