 Even though there are variety of fishes, the prices are very expensive compared to other stores. Not only that, they do not allow you to exchange or return any dead fishes even within 1 day of purchase. The employees seemed useless because they do not effectively assist the customers.  The staff @ King are very unapproachable. Like the earlier posting says, it seems like they are doing you a favor by answering questions. They also try very hard to sell you anything they can.  We were there this weekend and someof the tanks were pretty cloudy. The staff is definity not friendly and act like they're doing you a big favor. The staff is also not knowledgable so it probably is best to do your research before coming to the store. The fishes are catered to the asian community so you'll see a lot of cichlids, koi's, goldfish, arrowana's, etc... It does have a great selection of plants if you are into aquascaping. A good friend recommended this store to me because of the large selections of freshwater fish and plants. I found this to be exact. What is so frustrating is to find exactly what you want and no one to help you. I have had to walk around the store looking for someone to bag my fish. I have found that everything sold here is highly over priced, from fish to dry goods. Many tanks are not marked and if you can find someone to help you, they will go ask for a price. I wonder if this is the price of the day, for I've asked different days and got different prices foir the same fish. Very nice collection of fresh, salt and Koi. If they could find employees that were knowledgable and willing to sell and lower their high prices to be comparable with other stores, this store would be tops. |

| Its a very large fish store but, it would be nice if there was no foul smells when you come in the door. Their big giant display tanks are very nice especially the reef even though it doesnt have any purple coralline algae. and a little overstocked. But, I feel very sorry for that reef shark near the cash register. Very good selection of fresh water. Very good selections of cichlids. The salt water side is not satisfiying at all. The corals are not very good and shouldnt be sold at such high prices. The staff is not knowledgeable at all when it comes to fish and equipment. When I ask a question on an item they just tell me the most expensive thing and show it to me and tell me I need that one. Nice selection of large, beautiful tanks but everything is highly priced in that store. I'm not sure if they got pirannahs or pacus in the back by the side of the big koi ponds.  Very large store but hard to find. Lots of fish and some great big tanks. Nice Koi selection though a little pricy. You can feed the Koi from a vending machine. Decent selection of tanks and product. The Bettas are in small bowls but they looked clean and healthy. Not a great salt selection considering it's size. Nice floor layout with non-traditional colors. Lack of knowledge surprised me. 6 employees and yet only 1 on the floor catching fish and answering questions. Some illegal turles for sale. Great place to view fish but not a place I would spend money at until they improve their image a little. Some hard corals were dying and some soft corals were peeling off the rocks. The black tip reef shark looked healthy though it really needs to find a bigger tank. One of the Koi ponds in the back would have been nice. Nice selections of freshwater fish. Saltwater fish are ok but way over priced. I've seen new corals are replaced in the display tank from time to time as they're dying off slowly. They only mark down the price on corals when they start bleaching or melting. The staff are not knowledgable on corals and sw fish.
