![]() I have a love/hate relationship with this store. Sometimes the tanks are clean, but usually the tank are so dirty, with several decaying fish in there. Fish often look ill, with dull eyes. However they do manage to get some interesting fish at reasonable prices. It's a 50/50, 60/40...if the fish will live or not. I have only returned one fish, I wanted a replacement or store credit would be fine. The owners sister was there and it took her 20 min to get the owners ok for a refund (>$10 purchase). The english is bad, (that is my problem), but it would be nice if they could give me more info on on the purchases. Yet again, they do have some of the nicest bettas around linda 15:30:10 8/22/2008 |
![]() nice selection of fresh and saltwater fish. Some corals too. The people need more training on how to handle saltwater items. I like the store though. Skipper 17:29:32 8/02/2008 |
![]() South Bay Aquarium has been around since 1979 and owned and operated by the same owner. They have a good selection of freshwater and marine fish. Their prices are competitive. They carry lots of odd sized tanks glass and acrylic. They also have pond plants and they always have different freshwater plants. In the back of their store they have some large Oscars and for a dollar you can feed them gold fish! furyokids 12:14:52 3/24/2008 |
