I thought this store was pretty nice. I was greeted well by the employees and got a good price on the coral I purchased. It really depends on who you talk with, some of the guys can be a jerk off. Well just my 2 cents.

 I went to this store a while back with high expectations byt was bummed at the service level. The store is nice and I felt that prices were good but the Employees were very disrespectful. When I decided to purchase a coral I was barely acknowledged or spoken to when I asked questions. They were more busy socializing amongs themselves than providing me with the service and information that I had expected. Overall nice store but crummy customer service. Don't ever go here if you are looking for fair priced or even good prices fish and equipment. All the fishes are OVERPRICED, EVEN KOIS. Who charges $7.99 for a 2-3 inch koi? and who charges $5.99 for a freshwater potted plant? It costs less than ยข.60 to purchase a potted plant from their supplier. This store is for the newbie hobbyst who are just asking to get ripped off. Just go to Petco or Petsmart if you want overpriced fishes and accessories. |
