I got all of my fish and fish suplies at this one store and after eight months of going back and forth to get all kinds of fresh water fish I know they have excellent custumer service.Every thing in this store is so clean and tidy that you would be suprised.At least half of the store is covered with fish not to menton there wide veriety of fish.Next time you go to the store I recomend you look arond the whole store. I drive an hour away, just to get to this destination pet store, they are so good. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. They will even give you store credit for marketable "trade-in" fish, unheard of for the local mega-chain pet stores. Healthy stock, patient personnel, reasonable prices, family-store feel. I enjoy going to the store, they are helpful I had a problem with my tank my water was always hi in ammonia and they told me what to do to fix it STOP PEEING IN IT LOL he was just kidding of courses ,they test your water for you FREE and I am sure my fish is still alive because of that. The staff is not only friendly but, they know all the answers to any questions I might have... and their prices rival many large chain pet stores. I love the variety of fish that you have here. Everything is so clean and tidy. I've been looking at other pet stores and there fish aren't looking very healthy. This store not only offers a large array of plants and fish but the quality of the products and the quality of the environments the fish are kept in is the highest I have ever seen. Then you top this sundae with above and beyond friendly and informative customer service and I was personally blown away with the expertise and outstanding personnel.
