Most recent store listings update: July 9, 2008 More delays! We've received a ton of great store submissions. No, we didn't get to them in anything approaching a timely manner, but we're all caught up now. Thanks for your continued support and patience!     What to do about Big Box store listings? If you live in a major urban area, it seems like every shopping plaza has a major national chain pet store. How should we handle them? Bunch them all together, like we do in NYC? List them individually, like we do in the Bay Area? Or pretty much ignore them unless you request a specific one, like we do in SoCal? We just don't know.
